Summary: The U.S. Consulate General in Hyderabad is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the
position of Management Secretary in the Management Office.

The work schedule for this position: Full Time; 40 hours per week

Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time of receipt of
agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications, or their candidacy may end.

Supervisory Position: No

Duties: Incumbent assists the Management Officer in all functions of the 70+ employee Management
Section, and has coordination responsibilities for all 12 Management sub-sections on events and
deadlines to be met. Liaises with other sections in the Consulate and facilitates delivery of ICASS services
to those agencies which are off-site or do not have direct access to OpenNet. Ably represents the
Management Officer and serves as the “face” of the Management Sections and fist point- of-contact for
inquiries on a range of matters, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and decorum.
Assists customers and interceded on their behalf to help break logjams and fix communications failures.
Participated in the Management of the supervisor’s program by performing all clerical duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

Completion of Standard XII is required.

qualification you possess.)
Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, either internal or external, to provide
information or resolve problems is required

Level IV (Fluency) in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing) is required.
Level III Telugu /Hindi (Speaking/Reading/Writing)
